How to Earn up to £500 a Day

Long-time readers will know that I’m always on the lookout for new business ideas or AI tools to earn money online.

The feedback from the recent newsletter for ways to earn your first £500 online has been fantastic. Although I broke down a few decent methods for earning a few quid, I’ve come across another AI program that in the right hands, has the potential to print money!

The program is called Replit. You can check it out here.

Replit is part of a new generation of AI ‘vibe coding’ tools.

Vibe coding might sound complicated, but the opposite is true!

Basically, vibe coding is a way of using AI to make applications based on natural language descriptions rather than traditional line-by-line coding.

So, what does this mean?

Essentially, if you have an idea for an app or a website, you just describe it, and AI will code the entire thing for you. No coding experience is necessary!

This opens up a world of new possibilities for making money, and the only thing holding you back is your imagination.

Endless Possibilities

I’ve spent the last few weeks playing around with Replit, and I have to be honest, it’s mind blowing!

I’ve seen people create:

AI sales coaches…finance trackers…customer support portals…websites…social media sites…online courses…task management tools…3D games….

If you can think of it, the chances are that Replit can build it!

So this got me thinking…

If I was back to square one and wanted to launch a new business with Replit, what are my options?

I didn’t want to create a complicated app with potential bugs to deal with. I didn’t want to create a business that would need me to spend £1,000s on marketing…

The software needed to be simple and quick to produce, with minimal marketing needed to sell to customers.

The Business Idea

So, I decided to test out a local website business.

As I said earlier, Replit isn’t just good for creating apps, it’s also excellent for creating great websites. You literally tell it what type of website you want, and Replit does the rest. This is great because you can create the website, sell it, then you’re onto the next client.

The second issue was marketing. How do I market the service either free, or for as little money as possible? The best way to do this is simple – direct outreach.

The plan was as follows:

  1. Using Google maps in my town and look for businesses either without a website, or with a poor website.
  2. Use Replit to knock up a decent website.
  3. Contact the business and offer to sell them the website for £500.
  4. Rinse and repeat.
Putting the Plan Into Action

My first task was finding a local business using Google Maps. I wanted to focus on cash-rich businesses, so that ruled out businesses such as cafes and restaurants.

I concentrated on:

  • Physiotherapists
  • Dentists
  • Beauty clinics
  • Construction companies

Once I found a business, I noted their website address, their Facebook page and their Google reviews. Then I moved onto creating the quick website with Replit.

In Replit, I typed in the following prompt:

Build me a 1 page website. I want the navigation menu at the top to say home, about, reviews, services, contact. When the user clicks those menu items it scrolls them down to that section. Use HTML, CSS, and JS for this build. Pull in the reviews from this Google maps profile [INSERT PROFILE ADDRESS HERE] and also pull information for the about, services, and contact section from their old website here [INSERT WEBSITE ADDRESS HERE]. For the contact section add a Google maps profile from their Google map profile and add their contact information but no contact form.

Reoplit then created the website in less than 10 minutes! From there I tweaked the website via prompts to make sure it looked good, and it was done. All in all it took me about an hour and a half to make the website.

After that, I just emailed the company and offered them the website for a flat fee of £500. This was reduced to £300 and £50 a month of they wanted me to host it for them.

Now I have to be honest. The first business that I emailed did not respond…neither did the second business…the third responded but wasn’t interested…

Long story short, I didn’t make a sale until the 4th business!

Overall, I reckon the business take-up rate will be 25%.

Results and What to Expect

So, if you make 5 websites a day and sell one, that’s £500 a day for about 7 hours work. Do this over 5 days and it’s £2,500 a week!

There are a couple of caveats though that are worth mentioning. Firstly, Replit isn’t free. I pay £25 a month for the subscription.

Secondly, the websites aren’t perfect first time. You’ll likely need to tweak them with Replit. But this is as simple as telling Replit what needs to change on the website.

Lastly, when it comes to businesses buying your website, your mileage may vary. I hit a 25% take-up. Your results may be better or worse…Ultimately, this isn’t a guaranteed income but it’s a numbers game.

Overall, if you’re willing to put the work in this could be a nice little money-maker and a great AI tool to earn money online.

And the best part is that you can work from home and spend as much or as little time as you want on it.

We’re just at the start of the AI boom and now’s the best time to start, before this becomes common knowledge.
